About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager/Executive to join our dynamic team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in selling Solar Ground Mount Projects and a passion for clean energy solutions.
This role will focus on lead generation, proposal development, client conversion, and managing the sales pipeline. You will be instrumental in expanding our solar business footprint and meeting our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
Develop and present customized solar proposals to clients.
Close deals with a high conversion rate through consultative selling.
Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly.
Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for seamless execution.
Track market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in selling solar ground mount projects.
Strong understanding of the solar industry, especially commercial and industrial sectors.
Proven skills in lead generation, proposal development, and sales conversion.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
