Job Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and manage relationships with architects, contractors, and developers. The goal is to drive sales growth by ensuring our products are specified in key projects and delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and builders.
Get company products included in project tenders and specifications.
Provide samples, technical documents, and support for project approvals.
Convert leads into sales by coordinating with pricing and operations teams.
Track project progress using Salesforce and meet assigned sales targets.
Conduct site visits, product demos, and ensure timely delivery.
Share market insights and customer feedback for product improvement.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
3–6 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in construction or related industries).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of project sales cycles and specifications.
Ability to read technical drawings and engage in product discussions.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and MS Office.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
