Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the relevant departments, and take messages as needed.
Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
Manage visitor logs and ensure proper access protocols are followed.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers.
Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
Support the admin team with basic tasks like filing, documentation, and data entry.
Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings as required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
