Key Responsibilities
• Client Styling & Experience
o Provide expert styling advice tailored to each customer’s preferences, lifestyle, and occasion.
o Curate looks and recommend products that reflect the client’s personality and the brand’s elegance.
o Offer insights on gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and latest trends in luxury jewellery.
o Build strong, lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-ups.
• Sales & Product Knowledge
o Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, collections, precious stones, and customisation options.
o Communicate product value with confidence — covering material, design, and exclusivity.
• Visual Merchandising & Presentation
o Ensure displays are elegant, well-stocked, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
o Maintain product hygiene and presentation to luxury standards.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
o Record customer preferences, occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions.
o Engage with clients through calls, messages, and exclusive previews/events.
• Team Collaboration
o Work closely with Retail sales officers, karigars, and management to ensure seamless customer service.
o Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Requirements
• Experience: 2–4 years in luxury retail or high-end fashion/jewellery styling.
• Education: Graduate in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, or related field preferred.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong sense of fashion aesthetics, style trends, and jewellery appreciation.
o Client-focused, poised, and polished personality.
o Ability to handle high-net-worth individuals with discretion and elegance.
