About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium with Java and Playwright. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and Playwright.
Collaborate with development and product teams to translate requirements into effective test cases.
Perform regression, integration, functional, and performance testing.
Track, document, and resolve software defects in coordination with developers.
Set up and manage automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Analyze test results, identify improvement areas, and provide recommendations.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain high-quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation.
Expertise in Selenium with Java and Playwright.
Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git).
Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured) is a plus.
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
