About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to support daily business operations, documentation, billing, coordination with vendors/customers, and internal commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and managing sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and billing documents.
• Coordinating with vendors, clients, logistics & internal departments for smooth operations.
• Maintaining commercial reports, data entries, follow-ups, and MIS updates.
• Handling payment follow-ups, documentation, and filing.
• Supporting the sales and commercial team in administrative and back-office tasks.
• Ensuring timely execution of commercial and operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate/Post-Graduate (Commerce background preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and commercial operations.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
