Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to increase footfall, manage walk-in customers, explain our product offerings, and help convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Provide detailed product explanations, demonstrations, and comparisons.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches.
• Coordinate with the backend sales and production team for quotations and follow-ups.
• Ensure the display center is always presentable and well-organized.
• Support in increasing footfall through local-level promotional activities (if required).
• Prepare daily customer visit reports.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive conversions.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

Skills & Qualifications
For Freshers:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the furniture industry.
• Ability to speak confidently and handle customers.
For Experienced Candidates:
• 1–3+ years of experience in showroom sales (furniture/hardware/interior products preferred).
• Proven ability to handle walk-ins and convert them to sales.
• Strong product explanation skills and objection-handling ability.
• Experience in customer relationship management.

• Must be comfortable working at the plant showroom (15 km from city).
• Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM entries, WhatsApp communication).
• Ability to work on weekends and peak hours (if required).
