Sales Manager ( Commercial Real Estate )

About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead the commercial real estate operations, manage the sales team, and drive end-to-end leasing transactions across Ahmedabad. The role focuses on business development, team performance, client acquisition, inventory expansion, and closing high-value commercial deals.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in leading commercial real estate agencies, property consulting 􀏐irms, or developer leasing divisions such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wake􀏐idle, and similar organizations would be given priority. Prior experience in managing teams and closing mid to large-scale commercial sell/leases is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Lead a team of Sales Executives and monitor their daily performance • Set monthly targets and ensure structured follow-ups • Provide on-ground guidance during client meetings and property visits
Business Development
• Drive new business acquisition across of􀏐ice, retail, and corporate leasing • Build relationships with corporates, MNCs, and expanding brands • Establish partnerships with brokers and developers to expand inventory
• Track new commercial projects, micro markets, and upcoming supply • Maintain updated knowledge of rentals, absorption trends, and locality demand
Client Management
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable commercial spaces • Lead negotiations between owners and tenants for mid and large-format deals • Ensure timely documentation, coordination, and smooth closure of leasing transactions
Operations & Reporting
• Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and deal movement in internal records • Monitor property data accuracy across all listings • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial property sales and leasing • Strong understanding of Ahmedabad commercial markets and pricing trends • Proven ability to close high value transactions • Con􀏐ident communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing a idle-oriented team
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
