ESIC Updates-Clarification Reg. Correction in DOB of IP’S & Their Family Members Dependents.
ESIC has issued a circular stating Aadhar will not be considered as a proof of Date of Birth for IPs and their Family Members. Earlier PF has also issued circular on the same subject. So, now onwards Aadhar will not be considered as a proof of Date of Birth for both ESIC & PF.
