About the Role:
We are looking for an After Market Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and solutions to customers post-sale, ensuring product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products in the field.
Coordinate with customers for product installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for product improvements.
Assist with warranty claims and post-sale service documentation.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records and service reports.

Qualifications:
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and product functionality
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
