Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to drive market share, sales, and brand health.
Plan and implement ATL/BTL campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with creative, media, research, and activation agencies to deliver impactful brand communication.
Conduct consumer research and market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer insights.
Monitor brand performance through market share, sales trends, and KPIs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, packaging, supply chain) for product development and launches.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and promotional spends effectively.
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
2–6 years of relevant experience in brand management (FMCG/personal care preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinking with a consumer-first mindset.
