Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in security services, facility management, or a related service industry, including prior leadership roles.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Ahmedabad. The CEO will be responsible for leading the overall vision, growth strategy, operational excellence, financial performance, and market expansion of HHCIL. The role includes direct oversight of senior management, building high-impact teams, forging key partnerships, and ensuring delivery of services across India with strategic foresight.
Qualification:
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and multi-state operations
- Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L management, client relations, and organizational scaling
- Strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in the security or facility management industry is highly preferred
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
