Job Title: Fit-Out & Transition Facility Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fit-Out Professional to lead the interior fit-out project and seamlessly transition into the role of Facility Manager upon project completion. This dual-role position requires a professional with a strong background in interior fit-outs, project coordination, and post-handover facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
During Fit-Out Phase:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the interior fit-out works, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular site inspections and manage snagging and de-snagging processes.
Ensure all MEP systems are tested, commissioned, and documented properly.
Post-Completion / Facility Management Phase:
Take full ownership of the site as Facility Manager upon handover.
Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and manage facility budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain documentation, service contracts, and asset registers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues and emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in fit-out project management and/or facility operations.
Proven track record of managing commercial or corporate interior fit-out projects.
Fair understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
Familiarity with local building codes and statutory compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel sheet
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Salary- CTC 6 to 6.5 LPA.
