About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background and hands-on expertise in managing large-scale construction and stone-installation projects. This role is pivotal in leading complex architectural, monumental, façade, and infrastructure works from planning through execution while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project progress.
- Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, labour forces, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Oversee BOQs, technical drawings, site measurements, and quality control standards.
- Handle project budgeting, billing, scheduling, compliance, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of stone installation, façade systems, and related infrastructure works.
Requirements:
- B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- 5–10 years of experience with major contractors, construction firms, or infrastructure companies.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-crore civil and stone projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and site-execution abilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and multiple project locations.
