Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Sales Head
Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales function across all ongoing and upcoming projects. The position involves assisting the sales team in achieving targets, maintaining smooth coordination between sites, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with leads and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
– Manage sales activities across all projects.
– Work toward achieving individual and project-wise sales targets.
– Conduct a detailed study of all sites for the first 3 months to understand project details, client profiles, and market positioning.
– Develop and deliver sales pitches for all project sites.
– Maintain a strong and systematic follow-up mechanism for all leads across sites.
– Assist in site allocation and collection coordination after 1–3 months, based on assessment and recommendation by the Sales Head.
– Undergo 1 to 3 months of structured training focusing on sales execution and on-ground coordination.
– Target-based work willingness.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales coordination (or related domain; fresher with strong communication skills may be considered).
– Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
– Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams efficiently.
– Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
– Developer’s firm experience (post-experience).
