🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Engineer experienced in cost estimation, vendor coordination, and site execution. This role involves managing supplier quotes, tracking project costs, assessing risks, and ensuring smooth site activities with timely reporting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze costs of materials, transport, labor, and equipment
Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and contractors within deadlines
Establish and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships
Assess project risks and prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations
Support bids and procurement activities
Monitor costs through all project stages to ensure budget adherence
Manage site execution and report progress to the Project Manager

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (mandatory)
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction costing and site execution
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing tools
Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines efficiently
